Small group gathering
We meet weekly on Thursday evenings @6:00pm -8:00pm for a time of true fellowship through breaking bread, sharing stories, and meaningful group discussion on topical themes.
Currently, we are using Faithcafe series called “the least of these” focusing on ministering to those who are overlooked in our lives: the sick, the prisoners, the poor, the silent sufferer, etc.
Fun Fellowship Gathering
We meet monthly to have fun and build relationship playing games, sports, enjoying music and more. Our next gathering (ping pong tournament) is on Saturday, October 17 @2:00pm in the fellowship hall (Green Room) at Marysville UMC. Please bring a plate of your favorite appetizers to share with everyone.
You can also join us afterwards for a trip down to Federal Way for David Crowder Band Christian concert on Saturday, October 17 @ 4:30pm. Ticket price is $24.50 and please sign up with Hanna(mumc.youthpastor@gmail.com) asap for $10 off special.
Mission service projects
Our young adult group loves to serve and it is our desire to contribute our part to share the love of God with people in needs. This past summer we visited small local church in Tacoma and another church in Shoreline to help clean up, painting, and restore their facility. This coming Thursday, October 8, we are gathering to bake cookies and pray over them to help with Kairos prison ministry.
